1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zoya 999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the zoya 999 website at https://zoya-999.com, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your zoya 999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before an account is closed, any outstanding balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened by contacting support, unless the closure was for responsible gaming reasons, in which case the account will remain closed for the duration of any self-exclusion period.

Suspension or Closure by zoya 999

zoya 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement). zoya 999 will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce your account balance below zero.

9 Limitation of Liability
